2. Products and Orders
Enviro-PPS sells propane conversion kits, parts, and related components for small engine applications. All products are intended for use by qualified technicians and professionals familiar with propane fuel systems. By purchasing from Enviro-PPS, you confirm that you or your designated installer has the knowledge and qualifications to safely install and operate propane conversion equipment.
All orders are subject to availability. Enviro-PPS reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion. You will be notified promptly if your order cannot be fulfilled.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in US dollars. Enviro-PPS reserves the right to change pricing at any time without notice. The price charged for your order will be the price in effect at the time of purchase.
4. Payment
Payment is due at the time of order. We accept credit cards processed securely through Authorize.net. By submitting your payment information, you authorize Enviro-PPS to charge the total order amount including applicable shipping fees.
5. Shipping
Orders are shipped via FedEx Ground to addresses within the continental United States. Please refer to our full Shipping Policy for details on processing times, delivery estimates, and damage claims.
6. Returns and Refunds
We accept returns on unused, uninstalled items within 30 days of delivery. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please refer to our full Refund and Returns Policy for complete details.
7. Installation Disclaimer
Propane fuel systems must be installed by qualified professionals in accordance with all applicable local, state, and federal codes and regulations. Enviro-PPS is not responsible for damages, injuries, or losses resulting from improper installation, misuse, or failure to comply with applicable safety standards. The purchaser assumes all responsibility for proper installation and use of Enviro-PPS products.
8. Emissions Compliance
Many Enviro-PPS products are EPA and CARB certified. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that the selected products meet the emissions requirements applicable to their specific equipment and jurisdiction.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enviro-PPS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
