SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for choosing Enviro-PPS for your propane conversion needs. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Shipping Carrier
All orders are shipped via FedEx Ground unless otherwise arranged. We do not currently ship internationally — all orders must be delivered to a valid address within the continental United States.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days of receipt. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next available business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery location. A flat rate shipping fee will be displayed at checkout prior to payment.
Drop-Ship Items
Some of Enviro-PPS products are shipped directly from our suppliers. Drop-shipped items may arrive separately from other items in your order and may have slightly different delivery windows. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.
Delivery Timeframes
FedEx Ground delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location relative to our shipping origin in Columbia, South Carolina. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Enviro-PPS is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your FedEx tracking number. You can track your shipment at fedex.com or by contacting us at sales@enviro-pps.com.
Shipping Damage
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the damaged packaging and product immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@enviro-pps.com or 865-850-3028. We will work with FedEx to resolve the claim and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. Enviro-PPS is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address corrections after shipment may incur additional fees.
