Enviro-PPS stands behind the quality of our propane conversion products. Please read our return policy carefully before placing your order.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on unused, uninstalled items only. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging. Items that have been installed, modified, or show signs of use cannot be returned under any circumstances.
Return Window
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date. Requests submitted after 30 days will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:
– Installed or previously used components
– Special order or custom-configured items
– Engines and engine assemblies once received
– Electrical components including ECUs and wiring harnesses once removed from packaging
– Items damaged due to improper installation or misuse
– Drop-shipped items from third-party suppliers (contact us to discuss manufacturer return options)
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at sales@enviro-pps.com or call 865-850-3028 before shipping any item back. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by Enviro-PPS. Items returned without an RMA number will be refused and returned to the sender at their expense.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Enviro-PPS is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@enviro-pps.com and we will arrange an exchange or replacement at no additional cost to you.
